V I R  is an independent NGO working with the poorest families in the Siem Reap province of Cambodia. VIR conducts projects to improve literacy and public health and protect human rights. With this assistance, vulnerable people can break the poverty cycle, address social and economic issues affecting them, and express their own ideas through participatory decision-making.
